With the number and diversity of microclimates in Hawai`i, there are many factors we take into account when designing the perfect home. Sun and wind exposure, views, and the building site's slope are all important considerations. We work with existing topography to minimize grading and the need to import fill, so our homes lie 'lightly on the land.' We introduced "sustainable" design long before the concept was popularized.

Navigating the county building permitting process can be a daunting task. The Maui Architectural Group team has the experience and expertise to successfully manage this aspect of the project on your behalf.

We offer an initial consultation at no charge. Several levels of service, with an accompanying range of fee structures, will then be presented to you for consideration.
